Welcome to Click Neon (“Click Neon,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services relating to the customization, design, manufacture, and sale of custom LED neon signs.
Our services include custom text LED neon signs, logo LED neon signs, online text customization, logo design review, digital mockups, fabrication, packaging, and shipping.
These Terms apply to website visitors, prospective customers, purchasers, and businesses using our services.
By accessing our website, submitting a design, requesting a quote, approving a mockup, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Our Scope of Services
Click Neon specializes in custom LED neon signs made according to customer-provided text, logos, specifications, and approved designs.
Our services may include:
- Instant text customization and pricing through our online generator.
- Logo uploads and custom quotation services.
- Design review, mockup preparation, and revisions.
- Manufacturing, packaging, and delivery of approved signs.
Installation, electrical installation, on-site services, and mounting are not included unless expressly stated in writing.
Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order.
You agree to provide accurate information and use our website lawfully. You must not attempt to disrupt our website, misuse our customization tools, submit fraudulent orders, or interfere with our operations.
Quotes, Pricing, and Order Acceptance
1. Text LED neon signs: Our online generator allows you to customize text, preview your design, and view the corresponding price instantly based on the available options and specifications selected.
2. Logo LED neon signs: Logo signs require a custom quotation. You must upload your logo and provide the relevant design requirements so our team can review the design and determine the applicable price.
Quotes are based on the information and specifications provided at the time of quotation. Changes to size, design, colors, materials, or other requirements may affect the final price.
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website or quotation. Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or additional fees will be disclosed as part of the order process where required.
An order is accepted when Click Neon confirms the order and receives the required payment. Production will not begin until the final design proof has been approved and the required payment has been received.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unavailable materials, technical limitations, or designs that we cannot lawfully or safely produce.
If we cancel a paid order before production, we will provide an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.
Design Proofs and Customer Approval
Before approving a design, you are responsible for carefully checking the spelling, text, logo, layout, dimensions, color requirements, and other specifications shown in the proof.
Once you approve the final mockup, Click Neon will manufacture the sign according to that approved design. Changes requested after approval may require additional charges, additional production time, or a new quotation.
Customer approval does not release Click Neon from responsibility for manufacturing defects or for a finished product that materially differs from the approved design.
Production and Delivery Timelines
Our LED neon signs are custom-made according to each customer's selected text, logo, dimensions, and design specifications.
Because production is customized, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect information supplied or approved by the customer, or a preference change after production has begun, except where required by applicable law.
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation may not be possible once production has started. Any cancellation, refund, or applicable production charges will be assessed according to the order status and applicable law.
If your sign arrives damaged, has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or materially differs from the approved design, contact our support team for review. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may arrange a replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Refunds and replacements are not automatically guaranteed for every complaint. Each claim will be assessed based on the evidence, the applicable policy, and any legal rights that apply.
Payment Terms
Payment must be completed, or any expressly agreed deposit paid, before production begins.
Payments are processed in the currency displayed at checkout or specified in the applicable quotation. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion or other fees.
Orders with declined, incomplete, or reversed payments may be placed on hold or canceled.
Any additional charges arising from customer-approved design changes, upgraded shipping, or other agreed modifications must be paid as communicated before the relevant work proceeds.
Shipping and Delivery Responsibilities
We select shipping methods and carriers based on the destination, size, and logistical requirements of the order.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and valid contact details. Delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may require additional arrangements.
Once tracking information becomes available, we will provide it to the customer.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in writing, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
If a shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team so we can help investigate the issue with the relevant carrier.
Color, Brightness, Materials, and Product Appearance
LED neon signs are physical products, and their appearance may be affected by display settings, ambient lighting, viewing conditions, and normal manufacturing tolerances.
We aim to manufacture each sign in accordance with the approved design, including the agreed text or logo layout, colors, and specifications.
Logo signs may incorporate UV printing to reproduce logo colors and graphic details. The final printed appearance may vary slightly due to the printing process, material characteristics, and approved production specifications.
Customer Content and Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of logos, text, artwork, and other materials they own or have permission to use.
By submitting content to Click Neon, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary for us to use it to quote, design, manufacture, and fulfill your order.
You grant Click Neon a limited, non-exclusive permission to use the submitted content solely as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, subject to applicable law.
You must not submit content that infringes another party's intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.
Click Neon retains ownership of its website, software, tools, templates, and pre-existing designs and materials. Customer-specific mockups and production files will be handled according to any separate written agreement and applicable law.
We will not use your logo or custom design for promotional purposes without your consent, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Installation and Product Safety
Unless expressly stated otherwise, installation is not included with the purchase of a Click Neon sign.
Click Neon is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions, except to the extent that such responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Click Neon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or anticipated savings arising from the use of our products or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Click Neon's total liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including any applicable statutory consumer rights and any liability for which exclusion is prohibited by law.
