The 2-year limited warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects that affect the normal function of your Click Neon sign:
- LED lighting defects: LED modules that fail to function properly due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.
- Power supply defects: Covered power supply failures under normal operating conditions.
- Manufacturing defects: Defects in covered components or assembly that affect the sign's intended function.
Issues caused by installation, handling, environmental conditions, or other excluded circumstances are not covered.
What's not covered?
The warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from the following circumstances:
1. Physical damage and accidents
Cracks, breaks, scratches, or other damage caused by dropping, impact, mishandling, or accidents after delivery.
2. Improper installation or misuse
Damage caused by incorrect mounting, unsuitable power connections, failure to follow installation instructions, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
3. Water or environmental damage
Damage caused by water, moisture, excessive heat, or other environmental conditions beyond the sign's specified protection rating.
4. Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly, alterations, repairs, or replacement of components.
5. Normal wear and minor visual variations
Normal aging, cosmetic wear, or minor variations in brightness, color appearance, or finish that do not constitute a manufacturing defect or materially affect the approved specifications.
6. Customer-approved design details
Spelling, layout, colors, dimensions, or other details that were supplied by the customer or clearly shown in the final mockup and approved before production.
Important Notes: These exclusions do not apply to covered manufacturing defects or limit your legal rights.
How to request warranty coverage
Before submitting your claim:
Please do not discard, disassemble, or attempt to repair the sign before receiving instructions from our support team. If the sign shows signs of electrical damage, stop using it and disconnect the power only if it is safe to do so.

When does my 2-year warranty begin?
Your warranty begins on the date your order is delivered. Keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase for reference.
Will Click Neon repair my sign or replace it?
For a confirmed manufacturing defect covered by the warranty, our standard remedy is a 1:1 replacement. If a replacement is unavailable or another remedy is required by applicable law, we'll work with you on an appropriate resolution.
Do I need to pay for a replacement?
If your claim is approved under the warranty, we'll explain the replacement arrangements and any applicable shipping costs before proceeding. The final policy should specify whether replacement shipping is covered.
What if my sign arrives damaged?
Contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and photos or video of the damage and packaging. We'll review the case and help determine the appropriate next steps.
Can I submit a claim after the 2-year warranty expires?
The limited warranty applies during the two-year period. However, the expiry of the warranty does not remove any statutory rights or remedies that may apply to your purchase.
Does the warranty cover incorrect text or logo details?
If the sign was manufactured according to the final design you approved, customer-approved spelling, layout, or design choices are generally not covered. If the finished sign materially differs from the approved design due to a manufacturing error, contact us for review.
